Roohi's pov:

I watched the golden evening sunlight spill into our home, the sound of laughter echoing through the halls. The past seven years had been a whirlwind, yet every moment was etched in my heart like a beautiful painting.

"Mommy! Look what we made!" our six-year-old twins,Ishaan and Ishika came running into the living room, their hands covered in paint.

I smiled, kneeling down to inspect their artwork. "Wow! Did Papa help you with this?"

Aarav grinned, shaking his head. "No! Papa was busy staring at your pictures again!"

I turned to find Vivaan standing by the doorway, a sheepish look on his face. He had one of my old photographs in his hand - one from my pregnancy, when I had been too stubborn to rest and too emotional about every little thing.

"You still look at those?" I teased, walking up to him.

He pulled me into his embrace, pressing a kiss to my forehead. "Of course. Every part of our journey is precious to me."

Aarya tugged on my dupatta. "Mommy, when will we go to chachu's house? He promised to take us to the amusement park!"

I laughed, ruffling her hair. "Soon, baby."

Our home was always filled with warmth and love. Meera had married her childhood love and was now settled happily, often dropping by with sweets and long stories. Aryan, the lost brother Vivaan once thought he'd never find, was now a successful entrepreneur, married and settled. The years had healed so much, filling the empty spaces in Vivaan's life with love and laughter.

As I watched our family banter over dinner, my heart swelled with emotions. Seven years ago, I never thought marriage would bring me happiness. I had no hopes, no expectations, but then Vivaan walked into my life and shattered every assumption I had.

I remembered our first meeting - how his words had left an impression on me, how he was different from anyone I had ever met. I recalled the way he nervously confessed his feelings, how our love slowly grew, how he held my hand through every challenge.

Pregnancy had been a rollercoaster of emotions, and childbirth had been the most intense experience of our lives. But the moment we held our twins for the first time, everything felt worth it.

I looked at Vivaan, lost in thought, a soft smile playing on his lips. "What are you thinking?" I asked.

Vivaan's pov:

I glanced at Roohi, my Roohi, the woman who had changed my life in ways I never imagined.

"I was just thinking..." I said, intertwining my fingers with hers, "about how every girl rejected me before you came along. How I thought I'd always be alone, hidden in my art, never seen by the world. But then you came. You saw me when no one else did. You stood by me, showed me to the world, gave me a life beyond my paintings."

She smiled, squeezing my hand. "And you gave me a love I never believed in."

I brushed a strand of hair from her face. "You gave me everything. A family I never thought I'd have again. Aryan, whom I assumed was dead, is back in my life because of you. And these two little ones-" I looked at our twins who were now squabbling over a toy- "they are the most beautiful proof of our love."

Roohi rested her head against my shoulder. "We built this life together, Vivaan."

I kissed the top of her head, my heart full. "And I'll keep painting our story forever."

As the stars twinkled outside, I held my wife close, the echoes of our children's laughter filling the night. Our journey had been unexpected, filled with pain and healing, love and discovery. But here we were, standing together, hand in hand.

And we always would be.

THE END.
